As the world adapts to the current global pandemic COVAD-19, we are doing our bit to bring yoga, meditation and conscious breath work to you at a time when connecting to a mindful, spiritual practice of acceptance and love has never been more important.

Now you can practice with our experienced world class teachers where and whenever you like.  With daily classes in vinyasa, yin, meditation, myofascial release & yin yang disciplines.

 Here’s how it works…


Live streaming – each practice is a live stream in real time. After registering through mindbody you will receive a link  30-60 mins before class commencement.

On demand – Book in to receive a link to the class recording. Shortly (1-2 hrs) after the session you will be sent a link to the recording which will remain active for 4 days.
