I also want to thank you for the yoga classes I have attended so far. For years I have dabbled in yoga but I’m finally starting to properly engage in the breathing and the mind aspect of it, and not see it as an exercise class or something I should do because I know it is good for me. I look forward to classes and over the course of a class I can feel a transformation happening in my mind. I think you’re a fantastic teacher and probably one of the first people I have been taught by where I can feel you really believe in and are so engaged in everything you say.
