As a professional dancer I have always used yoga as a tool to maintain flexibility and strength. Beyond Being classes provide an abundance of this but Hayley has also succeeded in helping me realise the importance and benefits of stilling the mind. I used to be so hard on myself when one day my tolerance for a posture was lower than the day before but since training with Beyond Being I’ve learnt to acknowledge when my pain threshold is lower and to let it be that way without judgment. This has been a discovery I have enjoyed immensely.
